Tempur-Pedic really put the memory foam mattress category on the map.  They make a very high quality memory foam mattress.  The major disadvantage of Tempur-Pedic is the cost.  Tempur-Pedic mattresses cost almost twice as much as a comparable memory foam mattress from the other leading brands.

Most of the top brands offer 10 year plus warranties but it really doesnt mean that much since mattresses dont have moving parts and will very rarely have the kind of defects that trigger the warranty coverage.
